LSF0102 : Level shifting between 1.8V and 3.3V

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LSF0102, SN74AVC2T245, LSF0108

Our customer is looking the devices as below.

- 2bit or 4bit
- Bi-directional (hope)
- Level shift between 1.8V and 3.3V
- Drive current more than 10mA
- QFN pkg (hope)

In my recommendation, I think LSF0102 will be better.
If bi-directional is not needed,SN74AVC2T245 also will be oK.

If you have suitable devices , please let me know.

Best regards.

  • Hi Alpha,

LSF0102 is suitable for your application, depending on how much drive strength you need. The LSF0102 acts as a switch turning on and off, letting the pullups take over when the switch is high-impedance. Therefore, it has no drive strength of its own and instead depends on VOL of the driver and the pullup strength of the B-side resistor.

We have some QFN options, but only the 8-bit LSF0108 has  it. You can see our entire selection of translators on pages 12/13 of this document: http://www.ti.com/lit/sg/scyb018f/scyb018f.pdf
