CBT & CB3Q series – About “on-resistance(ron) vs Vi(input voltage)”

Hi Team,

Our customer is studying about SN74CB3Q3257 and SN74CBT3257.

Please let me ask the following question.

--------

[Q1]

Is the on-resistance(ron) in the Figure1 of SN74CB3Q3257 affected by the output current (Io)?

For example,

If Io is -1uA, ron is decreased.

If Io is -50mA, ron is increased.

Is my understanding incorrect?

Please review this and let me know if you have any advice.

-----

[Q2]

Could you please send it to us if you have “ron vs Vi graph of SN74CBT3257” such as the graph of SN74CB3Q3257(Figure1)?

And, along with [Q1], is the ron affected by Io?
