Could any one suggest an alternate part of SN74AVC2T245 ,

The reason is I don't want QFN package, I need SOT,TSSOP , bigger packages..

It would be helpful to know more about your application, but I can suggest taking a look at the LV1T family of logic translators if all you need is a buffer with logic level translation. If you need bidirectional translation, try LSF.
