2:1 and 2:1 MUX solution on analog switch for 25M and 100M

Hi,

I need a 2:1 and 2:1 function as below shows. 

I'm looking at analog switch TS5A23157 and TS3DS26227. The system spec are,

1. MUX 100M and 25M data rate from optical module to Ethernet PHY and CDR. TX to ethernet/CDR, ethernet/CDR to RX;

2. ~1ns propagation delay. I think the delay on analog switch is nearly zero;

3. Sufficient bandwidth;

4. The data high/low level of SFP optical module is showed as blow. Does TS5A23157 or TS3DS26227 support it?
