Hi,

I'm looking for an analog switch to multiplex 8 analog channels to give it to xilinx Zynq-7 series in-built ADC.

Requirement is that the channel selection bits will be changing from one channel to next channel for every 1us.

Can you suggest me a part number to meet this switching requirement

Can you please let me know from which parameter to check in the datasheet i can come to know whether CD4051B would work for my application?

Vasanthan,

If your only requirement is switching every 1 us, then the spec to look at is "Propagation Delay Time: Address-to_Signal OUT" which has a 720 ns max (450 ns typ) at VDD = 5 V. Note also that the test was done with a 50 pF CL and 10kohm RL, so lower capacitance will result in a faster switching time.
