But in the datasheet (page )a max input transition rise or fall rate is specified an a remark for slow and floating inputs.
Using the part with 3.3V the rate of 100 ns/V results in a max. rise/fall time of 330 ns.

Can we use this device for inputs signals with a slow rise time of 1 ms?
