Request for the spice model for CD4075B(Or gate), CD74HC107 (JK Flip Flop) and TPS60400(inverter)

Yu,

There is currently no model available for those parts, but I could submit a model request and have them created within the next few weeks. I would need more information regarding their use -- ie company name, number of units required, time frame for order/release.

Also, we don't directly support LTSpice (since it is a competitor's software). The finished models would be IBIS or encrypted spice models.

Thank you very much, I work for Laboratory ampere in France and I am doing the simulation. So there will not be a large quantity. In fact I planed to order it after MAY DAY

Yu, I have submitted the request for these parts. If the modeling team accepts the request, we should get back IBIS models around 5/12/2015.

I'm afraid an unencrypted spice model won't be made available. I specified that the model must work with LTSpice IV, so you shouldn't have any trouble using it.
