Hi,
I do have a question for the 74LVC2G14 device (and other logic gates I have found at TI). On the datasheet, it is not directly specify the maximum junction temperature of the device. Instead, it is specified only the storage temperature and the recommended operating free-air temperature. I am assuming that the free-air temperature it is in fact the junction temperature, but since this is not specified in the datasheet I have to ask the question.
I hope someone can help me with this simple question.
