Tj_max is equal to the Tstg_max value listed on each datasheet (usually 150 C). For θJA/θJB/θJC, a thermal model request needs to be submitted for each part. I would recommend entering these requests yourself to avoid having to wait for me. This website is where the requests can be entered.

I can enter the model requests myself -- the usual turn around time for thermal models is 2-3 weeks. I will submit these today and get back to you when I have the results. Please send me a reminder if you have not heard from me in 2 weeks.
