HSTL interfacing with SN74GTL2003

Hi,

I couldn't find any information about bidirectional HSTL to LVTTL interfacing with that device? Has anybody experience this in designs?

Can you tell me more about your particular application? What are the input/output voltages? What is the maximum bit rate? With additional information I might be able to help.

Application is about converting MDC/MDIO signals of ethernet PHY from 1.8V to 3.3V, the max rate is about 5mhz.

You might like to look through our voltage level translation guide here.

The SN74LSF0108 should have no problem with the speeds/voltages you listed above. There is an excellent application note on translating with the LSF family of parts here.
