When a customer estimated SN74LV367A by a customer board, the free-air temperature was 65 ℃ and the case temperature was 85 ℃.
The cause thinks the case temperature rose by heat of surrounding circuit.
Therefore to calculate the temperature margin of the SN74LV367A, please tell me the following value.
