SPI counter and SPI frequency counter

I have a device that doesn't have enough bandwidth to keep up with a 2kHz frequency input. We need to support a counter function and frequency measurement. We only need to support 2kHz @3.3V, -40 to 85C. Is there anything like this with a SPI interface?

Hi Bill ,

You can look into the below link for counter selection depending on your requirements.Most of the devices are catalog ,which functions at the temperature you have specified .The CD4K family have Vcc from 3V to 18V. Please let me know if you need anything else .
