Hello,

My application requires the conversion of a high speed output pulse of 12.75 microseconds in length to 200-300 micro seconds in length. Would you be able to recommend an available product.

Ryan, I don't know offhand of a standalone IC that does that, but you could look here and here. I'll move this post to the Logic E2E forum since they will know better.

Also, an MCU could do this conversion in firmware.

You could use an SN74LVC1G123 to extend a pulse like this. I would recommend starting with a capacitance of 0.01uF and a resistance of 30k and tweak the values to get exactly what you're looking for.
