Does anyone know where to obtain information regarding the IC process size for TI products? I am specifically looking for IC process size for the SN74AHC573 latch.

Hi Alex ,

The IC packages are available in the datasheet and more information on the sizes are available online too but the IC process and die size are internal info proprietary to TI which wont be provided .

Thanks for the help. Does TI share any information regarding IC process size? Maybe not the actual process size, but a max/min process size or a range that certain products fall with in?

Sharing is limited on key parameters and specs but usually can be done having Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with TI .
