Hi Team,

Can you please help to find right products for a mux and octal buffer?

I would like to have parts those can support 3.3V Vin when Vcc is 5V. Do we have such parts?

What I have looked into was SN74HCT138 and SN74AC245, but they don't support 3.3V Vih at 5V Vcc. (3.85V @ 5.5V, 3.15V @ 4.5V, etc.), and all the family products I have searched are pretty much similar.

Your advice would be highly appreciated.

Hi Gibson ,

How about sn74act245 which are octal bus trancievers with 3 state outputs, which has Vih of 2V at 4.5 to 5.5Vcc .

Hi Gibson ,

For the SN74HCT138, I couldn't find a replacement as per the requirement you wanted . I hope that there would be some devices which I might have overlooked though ,since TI's portfolio is huge.
