We use SN74LVC1G373 in our devices. If it’s correct, in terms of internal scheme of SN74LVC1G373, to make direct connection between LE and Q pins, as shown on picture.

    Yes, the Q is pin 4 and LE is pin 1 , so if you need to connect Q to LE this is what you want . But , I am trying to understand what is the purpose for connecting the LE and Q for your application ? When LE is high the output follows D input . When D is low , the Q is low and being connected to LE , Q is latched at D input .

    You are right, we connect Q to LE to fix low state on Q, when we have short low level pulse on D. If it's any technical restrictions of Q and LE direct connection, because for unknown reasons, sometime on Q appears 1V 1.7kHz saw siglan, instead of constant 3V high level.

    I wouldn't think any restrictions would be placed to do that , as long as you are not violating any of the conditions on the datasheets. I would worry a bit on the propagation delay times between them to avoid potential issues. (For the signal from Q to LE before data is latched on ) .

    If it should be some delay between Q and low LE signal, or between D and low LE signal? How this parameter name in datasheet? What may happen if there is no delay between Q and LE low signal? However there is no problem with fixing low level on Q. The problem is strange generation.

    There are tpd specs from LE to Q on the datasheet you can refer to for various Vcc across temp. Max of about 17ns at 1.8Vcc.
  • As I understand, noncompliance of this delays can affect only on the possibility or impossibility of fixation low level on Q output. We have no problem on this matter. The main question is if Q and LE direct connection can cause low freq (compared with delays time) oscillation? And if is correct to connect Q and LE in principle.

    I have seen /Q output connected to D inputs but Q connected to LE is not usual .
