one question about SN74LVC07ADR

Hi,

Our customer uses below schematic to driver FAN.
In order to meet the recommended sink current spec on datasheet of SN74LVC07ADR,

Customer uses tow channels in parallel to handle 50mA total, but we don't know the mismatch of two channels.

Can you help to check if there is a risk for this application in 70C maximum ambient temperature(TA)?

Oliver,

This is very safe to do so long as the inputs are tied together and you are using two channels from a single device. The schematic shown is exactly how we recommend to parallel channels for added current capability.
