Dear Experts,

I use two D flip flop as a frequency divider. Input clock freq is 12Mhz, Output clock freq is 3Mhz. I would like to check what’s the max input frequency of SN74HC74 with 3.3D supply at 180C/190C/200C/210C? Is there any max input frequency with respect to temp graph?

Hi Xiaoxiao ,

Thanks for the post .
Our SN74HC74 device has max operating temperature of 85C and all the temperatures you have mentioned is well above the operating temperature as well as the abs max junction temperature . Operation under these conditions is not recommended , the device will sustain irreversible damages .
The max clock frequency under operating temp range is min of 29Mhz for 6Vcc .
