SN74LVC1G34DBVR ESD-protection

Hi,

Does anyone have information as to how SN74LVC1G34DBVR (non-inverting line buffer IC) is ESD-protected.

I assume there is some kind of ESD-diode protection between the output, Vcc and GND, but I can't find it directly stated anywhere.

    Hi Lars Lund ,

    All the devices have ESD protection in them .
    LVC family have ESD diode for all inputs to gnd and have outputs have negative and positive ESD diodes .
    It is not explicitly mentioned in the datasheet but can be deduced from the abs max table.
