I would like to measure the pulse width of input signal(square wave) without using microcontroller. Is there any solution? If Yes, please let me know.

A microcontroller would produce a number corresponding to the time or the frequency. What kind of signal should your non-µC measurement circuit generate? What do you want to do with it?

I would like to detect pulse gretter than 100ms/200ms. Is there any logic IC available to detect such piulse

If you have some clock, you could use a counter. Otherwise, you'd have to use an analog circuit.

That depends on the clock frequency and the signal voltage.
