74ACT16373DL at 3.3volts?

I am trying to use 74ACT16373DL in a design that requires the data bus to be 3.3 volts.  Can this device operate at 3.3volts?  If not, is there a 3.3 volt version or a version that allows the voltage to be input as a method to level shift?

The data sheet has recommended operating voltages of 4.5 - 5.5 volts but does not explicitly state anything below 4.5 wont work...

    The "T" devices are designed to be TTL compatible, and TTL is 5 V.

    If all your signals have 3.3 V, you probably want the non-T version, i.e., 74AC16373. (And if your inputs do not use TTL but CMOS voltage levels, you would want it for 5 V, too.)
