Hey Richard,

The mechanical drawings are later in the datasheet (doesn't have a page number but its in the bottom 20% for RKS).
Depending on your application we also have application notes on high speed design here: www.ti.com/.../slyp173.pdf
and improving electromagnetic capability here: www.ti.com/.../sdya011.pdf
