Do we have solution to replace PI4ULS3V302XVE UDFN1.2x1.6-8L package p2p or silimiar function device?

The behaviour is the same as in TI's TXB series. But the TXB0102's pinout is different, and is it not available in the UDFN package.

What does "similar function" mean? Unidirectional or bidirectional? Push/pull or open-drain?

The allowed speeds are listed in section 6.7 to 6.16 of the datasheet.

Hello SHH,

This would be equivalent to our TXB0302 part. It can support 66 MHz, as long as you meet the requirements found in the Timing Requirements section of the datasheet:
