NAND Gate with very low Rsdon

Hi Team,

I am looking for a NAND gate that has very low Rdson for the output FET:

I am not sure that this information is accessible, but if it is, can you please recommend a part?

Hello Jared,

You can determine the worst case Rdson from the VOL and current in the datasheet, but what is the root of your question?
Is there a particular current that the device needs to source? Is there a particular VOL that needs to be met at a specific load?

Also, does the device need to be open drain? Or can it be a push pull output? That will affect the number of NAND gate options that we have.

Hello Jared,

Unfortunately, we do not have a lower rdson open-drain NAND gate that can tolerate high voltages as the CD4000 devices can.
