Can I get information which is Clamp diode Voltage Level as a red box below.

    This can be inferred from the absolute maximum rating entries for VI.
    In this case, the entry is -0.5V to VCC+0.5V. This indicates that both the diode to ground and VCC will start conducting around 500mv above VCC and below ground.
