What would be the output voltage swing of the SN74AUC1G17. Does this device has any impedance output?

I'm looking for a schmitt trigger that can output precisely at LOW = 0V and HIGH = 5V. (Supply will be +5Vcc)

AUC family devices do not work at 5 V.

Use the search function. You can use the SN74LVC1G17 (or a configurable logic gate).
