Hello,
Customer has issue of CD74HC4094 in serial to parallel application. Customer use CD74HC4094 to extend the IO of MCU. And they found sometimes the output has no update when the input data and clock is normal. The power supply is 5V.
Do you have any advice how to check the issue?
