Are SN74GTL1655 A ports OD? do we need to put pull-up resistors on A ports? Thanks.

    The best way to check the type of output (for any logic device) is to look in the Electrical Characteristics table (page 7 of the datasheet).

    The A port has a VOH value, indicating that it is a push-pull output (not open drain).

    The B port does not have a VOH value, which indicates that it is open drain.
