SN74LVC3G07: Partial Power Down

Hi,

I would like to know some details regarding SN74LVC3G07 (Triple Buffer/Driver with Open Drain Outputs).

1. The datasheet stated this device is specified for partial-power-down. If Vcc is GND, the output is disable. The disable here means Hi-Z?

2. If Vcc is GND, how about the input? Will it be Hi-Z?

Hi Gim Song,
The inputs to the SN74LVC3G07 are always high impedance, whether there is power to the device or not.

Ioff (Partial power down support) prevents current backflow on the outputs when the device is turned off (Vcc = 0V). This essentially makes the outputs high impedance with leakage current as specified by Ioff in the electrical characteristics table.
