I am looking to design a board for a medical device lock out whose purpose is to open or close a relay after 10 hours. I am looking to use a 4060 oscillator chip powered by a 3.3V lipo coin cell battery. The catch is that the medical device will be gamma sterilized and the board must withstand up to 26 kGy of radiation. Does anyone know of gamma hardened 4060 oscillators or a way to achieve this goal without using semiconductors that will degrade under the gamma radiation?
