CD74ACT541: Radiation Susceptibility

Part Number: CD74ACT541

Do you have space radiation data for CD74ACT541M?

If not, could you provide the die area? This would be used to

predict the susceptibility of the part to radiation.

Thanks,

Carolyn Sleeper

  • Hi Carolyn,
We don't rate our commercial grade parts for space due to cost constraints. I have asked our high reliability folks to respond also to add any details they might have.
  • Carolyn,
We do not have any specific radiation data on this device. However, it is suspected that TID performance will be around 10krad.
There are several logic devices that have been TID improved. The AC00, AC02, and AC14 in -SP. These can be found here: www.ti.com/.../space.html
These improved versions should be greater than 50krad for TID. We do not have SEE data. There may be 3rd party or industry data available.

Die area is IP that cannot be disclosed publicly.
