Hi Nestor,
Those are two very different requests -- can you tell me what you're trying to accomplish with the model? IBIS is specifically used for signal integrity tests, and PSpice is primarily for behavioral/functional capabilities.

Are you trying to determine how the device's output will look when driving a specific load, or are you looking to include it in a system simulation?

I need both if possible,

to answer your questions

i need to find out how many inches of trace can it drive before needing a buffer stage, and also to determine our timing margins

finally in allegro sig explorer would need to find out how the system behaves

Hey Nestor,
There's an IBIS model available for SN74AUP1G08 that will be identical to the SN74AUP2G32: www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware

Even with differing packages, because this device operates at relatively low speeds (< 100MHz), you won't see very much difference in signal integrity from package to package.

I can generate a Tina-TI behavioral PSpice model for you -- give me a day or two to get it put together and posted for you.
