    FYI, your max junction temperature is incorrect -- Tj (max) is 150C for logic devices, not 85C (which is TA, or the max ambient operating temperature).

    I would recommend using the value given for SN74LVC2G125YZPR -- these two devices are incredibly similar. I can submit a request to get the correct value for the SN74LVC2G126YZPR, but it will take up to 2 weeks to come back.
    For the SN74LVC2G125YZPR, the RθJCtop value is 1.0 °C/W.

    Also, I would note that it's exceedingly rare for thermals to be a limiting factor in operation of logic devices. It's much more likely that one of the datasheet specified absolute maximum ratings would be violated rather than the maximum junction temperature. This is not a power delivery device.
