Hello E2E Logic Forum Members,

Our customer asked the typical value of Rext/Cext Input current(II) and the reference voltage of the comparator between Rext and Output.

As for the reference voltage, I found it Application Report(SLVA720) in TI WEB, but it was SN74LVC1G123, not SN74LV123A.

Would you please let me know 2 values of the typical value of Rext/Cext Input current(II) and the reference voltage of the comparator ?

Hello Yasu,
The reference voltage is 63.2% of Vcc -- or exactly 1 time constant.

Input leakage is up to 2.5uA. We do not specify a typical value. It's best to design with the _worst case_ in mind rather than the typical -- this will prevent system level failures down the road.
