Here is the data you needed:

Theta JA - 97.2 C/W
Theta JC - 38.6 C/W
Psi JT - 3.7 C/W
We don't spec max power dissipation but here is an equation to calculate it:
PD = Cpd (Vcc)² f + Icc Vcc
