    Do you mean the maximum static supply current, Icc?

    There isn't a lower supply current option for either of those devices. In fact, the 0832 is unique - there isn't another device in our portfolio that has the same function.

    What I need now is the following logic parts in lowest supply current option:

    OR gate 2 inputs 5 volt tolerant with VCC = 5vdc (USB-C powered) pkg SC-70-6


    XOR gate 2 inputs with VCC = 4.2vdc (LI BATTERY) pkg SOT-553-5_DRL

    Hey eli,
    Thanks for the clarification.

    The SN74AUP1G58 is not pin 2 pin compatible, but has a lower Icc (0.9uA max) and can be configured as an XOR -- and it can be powered by up to 4.6V.

    I don't see another OR gate that supports 5V inputs and meets your other requirements. SN74LVC1G32 is the best solution we have.
