Where should the thermal pad be connected?

Though I tried to access LOGIC FAQ, I couldn't find the answer.

    Hi Kuramochi-san,

    The thermal pad must be soldered to the PCB board and electrically connected to gnd for best thermal and mechanical performance.

    The datasheet page 22 mentions it in the notes. I will also create the FAQ for this.
