TXS0108E-Q1: Max leakage current on A / Port?

Part Number: TXS0108E-Q1

Hi team,

Can you provide the data for max leakage current, considering internal pull-up, on A, B port of TXS0108EQPWRQ1?

-. When 0V (low level) is connected to A port, what is the max leakage current?

-. When 18V (high level) is connected to A port, what is the max leakage current?

-. When 0V (low level) is connected to B port, what is the max leakage current?

-. When 18V (high level) is connected to B port, what is the max leakage current?

Thanks,

Sam Lee

  • Hi Sam,
We have asked our translation expert to comment. He should be back with you within 24 hours.
  • Hi Sam,

The TXS is a passive device and hence the leakage on the IO ports are not specified.
If the OE is enabled ( and the Vcca/Vccb powered up), the pullup resistor internally will result in current consumption which will be considered as power supply Icc current.
With 0V on A or B port , the current consumption will be Vcca/40k and Vccb/40k.

This is also the reason on the TXS datasheet where the test conditions lists the input and output are left open.
