Hi TI EE

             Please help to suggest a Buffer.

             5V VCC,and have the function to change 3.3V Voltage level  to 5V Voltage level.Not Open Collector. And do not need pull up .5V output driver current at least 8mA .Thank You.

    Hello Cheney,
    I understand that you are looking for a buffer that will be supplied from 5V, but will be taking 3.3V inputs, and you do not want an open-collector (or open-drain) solution. The IOH needs to be at least 8mA @ 5V, 0.5V drop.

    I think the SN74AHCT244 will do what you want.
