SN54LS74A: verification of date code and batch number

Part Number: SN54LS74A

Recently we purchased SN54LSXX (74,00,07,629 etc) ic's. They are getting failure while in operation. The Ic's looks different from previously purchased. I think they are duplicate. I have the photographs of those IC's. Please tell me, how to confirm that those ic's are duplicate or original.

Nobody contact me. It is a big issue while TI components get duplicated.
