In the Datasheet, there was no ESD parameter description of HBM, CDM and MM for CD74HC08 and CD74HC125M96. Please help to provide the parameters of HBM, CDM and MM.

I need to check with our quality team to obtain the ESD for the : CD74HC08-EP device.

The CD74HC125M96, and the non EP version of the : CD74HC08 are supported by another team. E2E automatically routes to correct team based on part number selected.
Can you repost individually for these if needed?
