See the application report CMOS Power Consumption and Cpd Calculation (SCAA035). But the datasheet does not specify Cpd.

Yeah We tried calculating the Cpd using the application note, but it came in negative. I have attached an document below.POWER_BUFFER with cpd.xls
Can you please help me with this power consumption, i have also attached an excel document with regarding to this.

The Icc in you spreadsheet seems a little too low. Are these measured results?

No they are not the measured results.I got the Icc data from the datasheet of SN74LVTH16543DGGR (page no. 6).
The datasheet says .19 mA not uA. Also this is a bench measurement so you would need to test the device to back calculate Cpd.
