Part Number: TXS4558
Regarding to VSIM* and SIM*I/O on TXS4558, my customer is asking some question.
1)When EN*=H and Vcc=0, is VISM* off?
2) Do you have a data of VIL/VIH in SIM*I/O?
Since the Logic circuitry is powered down, It shouldn't be able to start the activation sequence enabling the LDO output. Since this device uses similar level shifting architecture as the TXS0102, the customer can use the VIH/VIL values from that device using VSIMx as the supply.

When Vcc=1.8V on SIM card, we can refer VIH/VIL at VCCA = 1.65 V to 1.95 V on TXS0102.
When Vcc=3.3V on SIM card, we can refer VIH/VIL at VCCA = 1.65 V to 3.6 V on TXS0102.
My understanding is correct?

This is correct. The Sim card will most likely drive the signal all the way to Vcc and ground so this shouldn't be an issue.
