Hellow! Me needs some simple logic elements in small lowpinout packagese like a SOT23-6, SC70-6, XSON6. Its components i presented in 3 types:
1 - D-trigger like a 1G79, but two outs - direct and inverse or without D input, but with common reset pin (zero outs) with memoring state - poweroff mode for 2 powersupply with battery power in sot23-6
2 - combining two cases in one - logic 2in-and + D-trigger with D-in and Out (2 versions - wit Y and notY outs for positive and negative input logic signals) in sot23-6
3 - one channel tranceiver in sot23-6
