Hello Support team,

Are there specification or data of the phase noise of SN74AVC1T45?
Is it possible to achieve -135dBc/Hz@100kHz, -140dBc/Hz@1MHz with SN74AVC1T45?

    Hi Takahashi san,

    We do not specify any phase noise specs in the datasheet.

    However, We had measured RMS phase jitter on SN74AXC1T45 at 47.3ps at 25Mhz input source ( with RMS jitter 18.8ps).

    The additive RMS jitter of the SN74AXC1T45 is 28.5ps ( 47.3ps-18.8ps).

    Would this be sufficient for the application?
