TI typically does not perform radiation testing on mil or commercial grade products. Parts that are tested will have ratings specified in their orderable part numbers. You can find your parts, OPN, orderable part number in its product folder under Order Now.
As seen in the example above, the following space rated NAND gate has multiple OPN's. The following image provides how to decipher this part's OPN to get the information we need.
The first 4 digits are the Federal stock class designator. All QML devices start with 5962. However, the key differentiator for an RHA device is to have a letter following the 5962 number. This letter distinguishes the TID level that the product has been qualified for. The NAND gate used in this example has some OPN's that have a -, implying no RHA, and some that have a R for their RHA indicating 100 kRad.
