TXB0104: Confusion regarding OE pin pulldown resistor

Part Number: TXB0104

Hello,

I'm using this level-shifter so that my PIC18F4520 (5V - master - microcontroller ) can communicate with an LSMDS3H (3.3V - slave - inertial module) using SPI.  Also, I have other slaves in my system which are not using any level shifting.

1) The inertial module has it's own chip select line, do I need to run that through the shifter?

2) My main question is regarding the OE pin; what size resistor do I need to use as a pulldown to ground? I'm having difficulties finding an answer in the datasheet.

  • Maximum current sunk/sourced by any I/O pin on my microcontroller = 25mA
  • Input leakage current for any I/O pin on my microcontroller = 200nA
