One of my customers uses CF4320H for their current products.

Recently, TI announced that CF4320H will be EOL and the device is in LAST BUY stage.

The customer wants TI to introduce any alternative device to CF4320H?

Do you have any alternative device to CF4320H?

Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused by the EOL. This is part of the EOL of the ustar BGA packages across TI due to 3rd party supply issues and is not limited to the standard logic product line. Unfortunately, we do not have a good replacement to suggest in this case except to go with the generic level translation solutions below:
