CCxxxx Evaluation Module

    Hello,

I would like to be able to quickly prototype any of the CC evaluation modules with an external microcontroller of my own choice. Standard 0.1" (breadboard) headers are ideal.

The problem is that almost all of the CC evaluation modules come with the awkward surface mount samtec connectors. Does anyone know if there are adapters available for the CC evaluation modules? Spinning a PCB solely for that purpose seems like an over-do. I appreciate the help.

    Hi Abdallah,

You could use the SoC Battery Board (SOC_BB) for that purpose. You can plug in any of the CC evaluation modules and get access to the GPIO, be it a transceiver or a System on Chip. The SOC_BB can be rdered from the TI eStore (http://www.ti-estore.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=SOC-BB).
