Hi there,

Please let me know about how to use the external oscillator.
I'd like to use the external oscillator for TRF796x.

If it's possible, what do I need to do to use the external oscillator?
For example, If TRF7960 is running at 5V(vin), can I use 5V powered oscillator?
or
Is the internal osc block supplied by VDD_X power source?
If so, do I always have to use 3.3V powered oscillator?

In other words,

Can the clock signal of 3.3V or 5V be inputted into OSCIN pin of TRF796x?

Thanks in advance for your help.
Best Regards
TRF7960 MSP430 OSC oscillator
